We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone number, city, profile details) along with verification documents submitted by vibers, messages sent through the platform, and booking and payment records.

Government ID submitted for viber verification is encrypted, accessible only to our safety and moderation team, and is never displayed on a public profile or shared with other users.

We use your information to operate VibeAlong, verify identity, process bookings and payments, respond to safety reports, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Limited profile information (name, photo, activities, city) is shown publicly as part of using the marketplace. Contact details, payment information and verification documents are never shared with other users.

We retain account and booking data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal and safety obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
